Mr. Joshua (Josh) Woodall is an Associate Principal with Ensolum with over 14 years of experience conducting due diligence, risk-based investigations, soil/groundwater remediation, emer­gency response, and vapor intrusion (VI) assessments and mitigation testimony for projects throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Additionally, he has served as an expert witness and provided expert reports to support ongoing litigation for his clients.

Mr. Woodall focuses his practice on site investigation and remediation of properties impacted by activities related to oil and gas, manufacturing, and historic dry-cleaning operations. He has extensive experience overseeing complex impacted ground­water sites regulated by the Oklahoma De­partment of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), ODEQ Brownfields Program, Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC), and the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC). Additionally, he and has successfully navigated sensitive projects through the Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS) process in accordance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) for cost recovery purposes. Mr. Woodall has managed groups of geologists, engineers, environmental scientists, and other environmental pro­fessionals on projects that have involved environmental site assessments, risk-based investiga­tions, corrective actions, and litigation support activities. He has developed extensive site conceptual models and has utilized a wide range of remedial technologies, including dual-phase extraction (DPE), en­hanced reductive dichlorination (ERD), permeable reactive barriers PRBs), in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO), in-situ chemical reduction (ISCR), bioremediation, soil-vapor ex­traction, air sparge, and natural attenuation.
