Jacob Colson is a Principal for Ensolum and manages projects in the Central United States and Pacific. Mr. Colson has thirteen years of applied industrial hygiene, environmental science and health and safety experience. He services industrial, government and private clients.

Jacob has extensive knowledge and experience in large loss industrial hygiene assessment including asbestos, lead, products of combustion, fungal, bacterial and chemical contaminants. He has assessed hundreds of structures following water and fire losses including hospitals, pharmaceutical manufactures, high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise buildings, manufactured gas plants, refineries, critical care facilities, schools, homes, etc.

Mr. Colson also has broad knowledge of health, safety and industrial hygiene. Mr. Colson has completed hundreds of industrial hygiene surveys including area and personal exposure monitoring. Additionally, Mr. Colson is a confined space entry and rescue, hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER), etc. instructor. He has taught classes specific to restoration, marine engineering, unexploded ordinance (UXO), petroleum refining, chemical blending, etc.
