Project Characteristics: Ensolum, LLC (Ensolum) Consultants worked closely, and collaborated with staff to perform sitewide environmental compliance of a barge cleaning facility in Port Arthur, Texas.
- Ensolum performed a review of environmental permits and plans to determine compliance reporting requirements and sampling requirements.
- Ensolum conducted annual training for SPCC and RCRA.
- Ensolum staff conducted a site inspection and reviewed applicable regulatory requirements with operations staff.
- Ensolum created and maintained a waste management tracking system for annual reporting requirements.
- Ensolum provided consulting when a change of management occurred and assisted new management in the setup of key electronic reporting systems.
- Ensolum continues to educate staff on regulatory requirements applicable to their facility.
