Ensolum, LLC is excited to welcome Thaddeus Hebert as Senior Geologist supporting our environmental assessment, remediation, and regulatory compliance practice across the Gulf Coast region. Thaddeus brings more than 19 years of experience delivering environmental consulting services across industrial, commercial, and government projects. His expertise includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Brownfields redevelopment, underground storage tank (UST) programs, and complex remediation projects.
A graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Geology, Thaddeus is a Licensed Professional Geoscientist in Louisiana and a Registered Professional Geologist in Mississippi and functions as an Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) Certified UST Worker. He has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams and navigating CERCLA, RCRA, and LDEQ RECAP requirements, and regularly coordinates with LDEQ, Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on Superfund and emergency response projects.
At Ensolum, Thaddeus will support continued growth of the firm’s environmental services, provide technical leadership on complex projects, and assist clients in navigating environmental and regulatory challenges across the Gulf Coast region.
